The Rustic Arch Lisboa is the new gorgeous, handmade, brick oven from a rural village north of Lisbon Portugal. 

This premium oven has a black NON-RUST ALUMINUM door so rust won't be a factor.  The high-heat window pane allows you to admire the fire and your food when using closed-door cooking. It also includes an upgraded high-quality ALUMINUM chimney flue system eliminating any worry of rust.  

The Lisboa oven also a dutch door allowing for better views of the fire.  It also gives you the capability for spit-fire rotisserie roasting when you are hankering for juicy rotisserie chicken and turkey!

Brick Oven Features

• Dome and floor are completely built with refractory bricks
• The dome is triple-insulated while the outside of the dome is covered with refractory cement and 100% natural clay so you can reach temperatures as high as 1000 degrees - but realistically, you'll want to cook pizzas closer to 700 or 800 degrees.

Lisboa Oven includes:

• Celsius Thermometer (0-500°C) - gives an overview of temperature to help you know when your oven is ready for cooking
• Terracotta Baking Dish - perfect for baking vegetables or catching drippings from the bbq grill
• Rotisserie-Capable - the oven has a small divet in back of the dome to hold a rotisserie for an added cooking option (manual spitfire rotisserie can be purchased separately)

These Portuguese brick ovens are handmade so each is authentic and unique.  Therefore, the dimensions below may not be exact but are very close.

Add-on Chimney and Cap:  

• Measures 39.4” long x 5.5" wide
• This chimney is custom made for this pizza oven
• This chimney uses the Portuguese standard of 5.5" wide rather than the USA standard of 6"
• If you choose to build your own chimney, you will need to find a custom converter to convert between the Portuguese and USA sizes.

All our oven REQUIRE "all-weather" protection from rain, snow, sleet, fallen leaves and protection from the harsh elements when not in use. If you don't have a cover, you can purchase one of our brick pizza oven covers that will fit snugly over your brick oven and secures with a pull tie.  You are investing in a beautiful oven that is meant to last for a very long time, so please take care of it. 

The base of the oven may appear to have some chips when you first receive it but do not worry because it is perfectly normal. It is not damaged. The base is designed to protect the oven itself especially while in transit. The chips can easily be painted using the Ultrafire Repair Kit once the oven has been placed in position and it will look good as new!
