All of our ovens are AUTHENTIC BRICK, not CLAY! Be careful of this when shopping oven brands- there IS A DIFFERENCE. Our ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot!

The Lisboa Brick Pizza Oven PREMIUM boasts premium hardware, including a black NON-RUST CAST ALUMINUM door, chimney cavity, and STAINLESS STEEL chimney. The door features a peep-through high-heat viewing window, providing a glimpse into your culinary creations. The door on the Premium Lisboa Oven opens from left to right and is split like a barn/Dutch door.

This may sound exaggerated but yes, you can fit multiple pizzas inside this oven, but realistically, here's how Patio & Pizza recommends you get the most use out of your space. We've scaled it down so you can get the picture.

Lisboa Oven Features

Built brick by brick by Portuguese craftsmen, these traditional ovens are exactly what any outdoor space needs to truly become unique. The Lisboa brick oven is built on a 3.15-inch concrete base so you only need to build 2 strong brick walls (or concrete) with each 6 inches wide, as a base for this oven.

This traditional oven holds onto heat for over 3 hours with its door shut, letting you walk away from the oven without worrying your cooking temperature will sink like a rock.

The patented dome shape creates intense yet non-damaging heat which is perfect for pizzas, bread, roasts, cooked dishes, grills, and others.
6” long spout with flu/damper - a longer chimney with rain cap(shown in pictures) can be easily added
The inside of this oven has ROCKWOOL insulation, and the outside is made with refractory cement and 100% natural clay
There is no need for additional exterior insulation
Dome and floor are completely built in refractory bricks
Retains heat, with the door closed, more than 3 hours
Keeps its superb appearance even after many years of use - can be painted, tiled, or built in - just cure it first and use 'high heat' products
To simplify oven's shipping and prevent damages, the Lisboa oven is delivered with a wood frame protection
Productivity: 30 pizzas per hour. Cooks pizza’s in 60-90 seconds and has the capacity to cook two 12″ pizzas at a time. The oven uses approximately 4-6 lbs of hardwood per hour depending on the moisture and wood type.

Patch Kit - all of the ovens by Authentic Pizza Ovens are 100% insulated with ROCKWOOL and cracking will not affect your oven. Your oven will be delivered with a special Ultrafire product patch kit to address superficial cracks that may develop. However, it is normal for authentic handmade ovens to crack, and is considered seasoned and most desired in Europe! Cracks do NOT affect the function of the oven and your pizzas will still be marvelous!
Rotisserie Capable - you can add a rotisserie for added cooking options (spitfire rotisserie can be purchased separately)

This chimney is custom-made at 5.5" diameter to fit the Lisboa PREMIUM Brick Pizza Oven.

A chimney isn’t functionally required for a pizza oven, but chimneys with caps direct the smoke up and away from you and your cooking area. As a bonus, the chimney cap keeps dew and rainwater out of your oven. And, the beautiful chimney creates a really cool focal point for your brick oven.

5-pc 48" LONG PIZZA PEEL SET

• Professional Pizza Peel - This aluminum Pizza Peel is perforated to get rid of the extra flour, just like professional chefs do. This is used to slide pizzas in and out of the oven; a flight of the wrist and there you are!
• Stainless Steel Turner Peel (9") - You can use the round pizza peel to rotate pies in the oven. Never mind, with some practice you will quickly become a pizza-meister!
• Brass Bristle Brush Peel (2" W x 6" L)- The brush comes with brass bristles for better cleaning without damaging the oven floor.

Love my wood fire oven!

For very long time I wanted an oven like this. I had thought of building one my self but the time and cost to do it my self was to much. After surfing the web for information and locked at what people are doing I came across Patio & Pizza website. They way the oven was made I was sold. I placed my order with them and 10 weeks later it arrived.

I have done the initial seasoning of the oven and we made our first pizzas. AMAZING!

I can’t what for what is to come. Love this oven.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars was for the delivery experience. I know the company doesn’t have anything to do with that, but that’s the part of the experience.

LOVE my new oven

WOW what a beautiful pizza oven. I was a bit worried about how it would arrive and how to get it in place. BUT it arrived safely, the chimney was crushed in transit but after sending a phot of it it was replaced quickly and without issue. After a week of curing my oven we cooked our first pizzas and they were amazing. Thank you to Patio and Pizza for all of your help.

Enjoying our new pizza oven.

More than excited to get cooking in our new oven. Understandably the process took a little longer than anticipated due to CoVid. But the customer service department responded promptly to all our inquiries. We have cooked in our oven about five times sin e it late in our season. We have enjoyed each time.
