It was easy to order, and it was actually a lot easier to get information than from the manufacturer. Excellent follow through after my credicard was declined and until I was able to complete the order. I also received information about the shipping. We love spending time outside with our family making pizzas. This wood burning pizza oven heats well and maintains a hot temperature allowing us to cook pizzas all night. After lots of research, we chose this pizza oven for the look and the price and we are glad we did!
