I got the oven 2 weeks ago and have used 3 x already. It's very straight forward. The learning is more about the dough and making the pies vs the oven itself. Would be great if there were 2 side arm bars to help wheel it in & out of the garage but it's very do-able as is. Doylestown PA

Do any of your wood pizza ovens have propane burner options
Yes! We have several options for gas pizza ovens. One of the most popular is the Chicago Brick Oven Gas/Wood 750. The Chicago Brick Oven Hybrid can be fired up using gas or smoky wood. It also features a two-burner gas system. An infrared burner can be found under the hearth, while an ambient burner is located at the hearth’s back. For the smoky wood-fired flavor, you can burn your wood at the side or back of the oven.
