Can more than one of these be connected for a longer chimney?

Yes! Absolutely.
I have a Portuguese wood fired oven with a 6 inch stainless vent will this Duravent pipe fit over or slide inside of my vent pipe?

The Duravent chimney pipes are typically meant to attach to a Duravent anchor plate or combine with other Duravent chimney extensions so not sure if it would work with your existing chimney vent pipe.
