This single-wall stainless steel chimney is custom made at 5.5" diameter to fit all of the brick wood fire pizza ovens by Authentic Pizza Ovens (Brazza, Pizzaioli, Lisboa and the Famosi).
Note: This chimney extension is currently out of stock. They are expected back in stock around July 29th. Once they arrive, we will ship them to you.
A chimney isn’t functionally required for a pizza oven, but chimneys direct the smoke up and away from you and your cooking area.
Multiple chimney pipe extensions can be connected together to create a longer chimney.

We are having so much fun with our new Prime Pizza Oven are so happy Pam at Patio & Pizza recommended this model for us! Our place has become the party place! So far we've cooked pizzas, asparagus, squash, peach cobbler, and even roasted some marshmellows in there! Looking forward to making even more dishes tonight!
We love spending time outside with our family making pizzas. This wood burning pizza oven heats well and maintains a hot temperature allowing us to cook pizzas all night. After lots of research, we chose this pizza oven for the look and the price and we are glad we did!

We love out Chicago Brick Oven Pizza!! We use it all year round and love the fact that it was made in the USA. The flame roll looks magnificent at night and is the center piece of our backyard. We wouldn't have considered any other oven than a CBO!

I absolutely love my Chicago Brick Oven! It has become the centerpiece to my Backyard Kitchen. The best part…I can now cook my Famous Neapolitan Tomato and Sausage Pie in my CBO instead of a conventional oven!
Mastered break-making! I think we finally started to master the process with bread! After talking with your company, I started misting the oven just before/after loading in the bread.That made a huge difference in crust development!
