What are the dimensions of the top area WITHOUT factoring in the shelf?
The Maximus pizza oven cart holds the Maximus oven that has a base of 27.5" W x 27.5" D. So, the top of the cart is approximately the same size.
Is the red color available? If not, any idea when will be available?
The Maximua pizza oven stand is only available in black. However, you can always paint it in the color of your choice to match your entertaining area.
I live in chicago with overhead power lines over my back yard. How much vertical clearance do I need to not damage the wires?
Regarding the Maximus Prime/Arena Ovens, the smoke leaving the oven chimney should not do any damage to power lines and the fire from the wood-burning oven is contained. We have never heard of any issue, but, you may need to check with your local ordinance on whether they have any rules for having a wood-fired oven within a certain distance from power lines.
