Having a hybrid pizza oven is the kind of thing that instantly gets people talking at your next pizza night. The Pinnacolo IBRIDO (Hybrid) Pizza Oven gives you the freedom to cook the way you want, fire it up with gas for an easy baking session today, or switch to wood tomorrow for that classic, smoky flavor. It’s versatility in the most delicious form!
The gas oven will heat up as quickly as 30-45 minutes while it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to heat up if you prefer to cook with wood. That's enough time for you to get your pizza ready while your oven is heating up!
Kindly note that this oven can NOT be removed from its base/cart for countertop use since the gas line runs beneath the oven, and the igniter knob is mounted directly onto one of the cart’s front legs.
If you plan to install this oven on a countertop, please be sure to add the Countertop Conversion Kit (available as an optional accessory).

Can you share with me the models that can use natural gas
Our Pinnacolo manufacturer is still finalizing on making conversion kits for this particular model.
I suggest checking out Summerset Outdoor LP/NG Freestanding Pizza Oven and/or Alfa Brio Gas Fired Pizza Oven.Both ovens will include an NG conversion kit in case you need to convert to Natural Gas.
What about using in a screened in lanai as far as exhaust?
This unit is designed for strictly outdoor use only and should not be used within any confined space without proper ventilation. The unit may be stored in a covered/enclosed space when completely cool. Caution must be taken when using this unit. ONLY USE IN A PROPERLY VENTILATED AREA. DO NOT operate the unit with close proximity to any potentially flammable sources or near buildings or structures
Can you use the gas to light the wood for cooking pizza. Another words can you use gas and wood at the same time
No, we don't recommend using the gas to light the wood. Choose either gas or wood before cooking.
What is the shipping time on this pizza oven it will determine what oven brand I pick Looking at the hybrid
Unfortunately, the Pinnacolo IBRIDO (Hybrid) Pizza Oven is currently out of stock. The shipping time on the page may say 10-12 weeks, but that is only tentative. Our next restock is pending at the moment
Where is the oven manufactured? Are there optional colors?
The Pinnacolo ovens are manufactured in PRC. Unfortunately, this oven only comes in this color
Can I use this oven without the cart and just put it on a counter that can support its weight?
You can't since the gas line runs under the oven and the igniter screws directly onto the cart. But we do have a conversion kit that allows you to use this oven exclusively as a countertop oven. Please email us at customerservice@patioandpizza.com to know more or to order one!
