Can I install the Platinum Electric heater myself?
No, the heater must be installed by a licensed technician.
What mounting options are available?
The heaters can be either wall mounted, pole mounted or recessed into the ceiling. Each heater is supplied with an 8" stainless steel pole. Recessing kits and longer poles for high ceilings can be ordered separately. Please refer to our instruction manual or contact our friendly design team to find out which installation and height is right for you
Can the Platinum Electric Heater get wet?
Although our Platinum Electric heaters are made from premium 304 stainless steel and engineered for longevity, we recommend that they are best mounted under cover and not directly exposed to rain, snow and salt mist to ensure they maintain their aesthetic appeal.
Do the Platinum Electric heaters come with a controller?
No, the controllers can be purchased as an additional accessory.
