QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • DOES THIS SET COME ASSEMBLED READY TO INSTALL OR IS IT IN PARTS TO ASSEMBLE? CAN YOU GET ANY KIND OF REMOTE START FOR THIS UNIT?

The Necessories Fireplace Gas Log Kit will come semi assembled and you will be required to finish the assembly once they arrive. If you check the user manual on the product listing, it will show you all that is required for assembly. There is not a remote start for this unit.

  • Can a vent free outdoor log set be used in the Victorian fireplace kit or does it need to be a vented set? This set is recommended for those kits, are there others that will work?

We can only recommend this Gas Log Set that is sold as an optional item on any of the Necessories Fireplace Kits. Should you wish to use a different kind or brand of log set for this fireplace kit, we suggest you check first with someone local to be sure it is safe and to code.
