Due to COVID 19, the delivery took longer. The staff was exceptionally patient each time I called for an update. I was provided with the option of waiting or canceling my order with full refund. I chose to wait. They sent frequent emails with the status. I am so impressed with the customer service this company demonstrated. I will definitely order from this site again. The product is very nice. A bit tricky to assemble and will need two people for the roofing part but, overall, a nice construction.
Customer service was excellent. Told me the 10x14 was not in stock but would substitute the 12x14 for the same price. Thank you. Product is really, really nice. It took several hours to put together but everything was great. An extra set of hands is a must as well. Don’t hesitate in purchasing this gazebo.

I ordered this gazebo on 6/4/20 and it was delivered to the local freight company 6/30/20 and due for delivery 7/1/20. After a bunch of issues I finally received it on 7/21/20...these issues were not on part of Pizza and Patio, it was the freight company. My gazebo also had no imperfections when delivered.
Now that that's out of the way, I have to say that this is a good quality product. Contrary to those that said it was tough to put up, my husband got it up in 5 hours by himself with the help of a drywall lifter. The metal panels do attract the heat a bit, but I think we were expecting that and had already purchased fans to hang from the corners to bring in fresh air. The gazebo is truly solid and you will not be disappointed. Patio and Pizza's dedication to get the freight company moving to get it delivered was also a 5 star experience. Thanks for your hard work and quality products!

We are having so much fun with our new Prime Pizza Oven are so happy Pam at Patio & Pizza recommended this model for us! Our place has become the party place! We love out Chicago Brick Oven Pizza!! We use it all year round and love the fact that it was made in the USA. The flame roll looks magnificent at night and is the center piece of our backyard. We wouldn't have considered any other oven than a CBO!

I absolutely love my Chicago Brick Oven! It has become the centerpiece to my Backyard Kitchen. The best part…I can now cook my Famous Neapolitan Tomato and Sausage Pie in my CBO instead of a conventional oven!
Mastered break-making! I think we finally started to master the process with bread! After talking with your company, I started misting the oven just before/after loading in the bread.That made a huge difference in crust development!
