Questions & AnswersAsk a Question
What's the difference between CBO-750 and Bella C40?
Comparing the CBO-750 and the Bella C40, the CBO-750 has a cooking area of 28"w x 40"d (1,120 sq. in) and the Bella C40 has a cooking area of 40"w x 28"d (1,120 sq. in) so they basically identical in total cooking area. However, the Bella C40 is wider while the CBO-750 is deeper. We usually suggest pushing the wood to the back when cooking so the deeper layout may be more appealing but it depends on how you like to use the wood fired oven. The CBO-750 is built as one complete unit so you can't remove the oven from it's mobile stand (this is for safety purpose since its a heavy oven). The Bella C40 stand and oven come as separate components and will need to be put together once it arrives.
What are the features of Bella C40?
The C40 heats quickly in around 20 minutes. It has a wide door and the cart features two side shelves that serve as handles. The Bella C40 stand and oven come as separate components and will need to be put together once it arrives.
What's the heating time of stainless steel and brick ovens?
Stainless steel pizza ovens will heat faster but they won't stay hot as long. Brick ovens take longer to completely heat but the heat will be retained in the oven for much longer cooking times.
What tools do I need for my wood fire pizza oven?
You will need a pizza peel to put your pizza pie in the oven, turn the pizza while in the oven, and pull out your scrumptious pizza when it's done. Next, we recommend a good infrared thermometer to measure the heat in your oven when cooking, an oven brush for brushing away the ashes, and an ash shovel to remove the ash after cooking.
