Each Kitchen kit comes with everything needed to build, including stainless
components, pre-cut block, steel reinforcements, construction gloves, adhesive and step-by-step instructions.
I ordered the Victorian Fireplace, Wood box and Hearth. The fireplace was delivered a week and a half later, even during Coronavirus social distancing. At first, I was not sure that we could build this fireplace, but true to the instructions, it was like putting together a 3D puzzle with step by step directions. We did get quite the workout lifting all of the stones. It turned out fantastic. We did have the wrong hearth shipped, which we did not realize until the build was almost complete. That is where the excellent customer service comes in. Both Pam and Janelle were very responsive, and made it right. Thank you for your assistance throughout the purchase.

After purchasing the grill island kit, that I love so much, I decided to purchase the matching fireplace kit. As usual the order arrived quickly and the order process was seamless. If you are looking to make improvements to your yard, Patio and Pizza has options for everyone.
I placed an order with this company and I even received a phone call to clarify my order and address were correct and to clarify deliver method. The delivery was fast although we received no notification of which day they were being delivered - just a phone call as they were heading toward our home, which we were not home at the time. Knowing the delivery date so we could plan would have been very helpfuly although this might be the trucking companies fault. We work for a living and they cannot expect us to be sitting around the house waiting on delivery on an unknown day. The blocks I received were not what I expected, as I expected "blue stone" to be a darker color but these look just like the "tumbled Belgium pavers" we used on the patio and I was looking for a contrasting darker color. Basically they are a concrete gray color & very rough with chipped corners, etc. As this wall set is available on other web sites, I assume the disappointment I have with these blocks were not the fault of this company but the manufacturer, "Necessories." Obviously you cannot return a 2000 lb order, therefore we used the blocks. The wall and step caps we purchased in addition to the blocks (not from the Necessaries company) are beautiful, just what we wanted.

We are having so much fun with our new Prime Pizza Oven are so happy Pam at Patio & Pizza recommended this model for us! Our place has become the party place! We love spending time outside with our family making pizzas. This wood burning pizza oven heats well and maintains a hot temperature allowing us to cook pizzas all night. After lots of research, we chose this pizza oven for the look and the price and we are glad we did!

I absolutely love my Chicago Brick Oven! It has become the centerpiece to my Backyard Kitchen. The best part…I can now cook my Famous Neapolitan Tomato and Sausage Pie in my CBO instead of a conventional oven!
Mastered break-making! I think we finally started to master the process with bread! After talking with your company, I started misting the oven just before/after loading in the bread.That made a huge difference in crust development!
