Vamparossa gas burners are specifically designed for wood fired ovens. The gas burner is available in either LPG or Natural Gas and is mounted to the underside of the oven, and enters the dome through the floor.

During construction, a hole (sleeve) must be created in the slab of your oven, in the correct location. When the burner is installed in a wood burning oven, you can burn with wood and gas simultaneously, with gas only, or with wood only.

The Vamparossa M1 series is typically in stock and ready to ship. For the other gas burner models, the lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.
